Ministry of Energy has four divisions which are given as below:
1. Administration Division
In this division, there are three sections:

- Information & Public Relation Section
2. Planning & Program Division
In this division, there are four sections:
- Budget & Program Section
- Monitoring & Evaluation Section
- Research & Development Section
- System Expansion Section
3. Policy & Foreign Coordination Division
In this division, there are four sections:
- Environment Section
- Rural & Alternative Energy Section
- Foreign Coordination Section
- Electricity Section
